The problem is not only average AI performance.

The problem is candidate loss: high-value candidates, weak signals, rare cases, or emerging patterns being discarded too early and becoming invisible to later review.

For high-value AI workflows, the key question is not only whether a model is usually correct. It is whether the system can prevent uncertain states from becoming premature approval, execution, rejection, or responsibility closure.

This overview proposes a low-disclosure bounded reproduction evaluation.

The purpose is not to ask readers to believe a claim. The purpose is to test whether customer-side logs reproduce a candidate-loss signal under defined evaluation boundaries.
